The panel has concluded that the complaints are not justified because the complainants have not established that the Article is likely to expose them to hatred or contempt on the basis of their religion. Therefore, pursuant to s. 37(1) the complaints are dismissed.

To tell you the truth, this verdict is rather dissapointing.
Perhaps because of the weakness of its' tyranny. Released on the eve of Thanksgiving, and on a Federal election, and a Municipal election ( at least where I am ), not to mention the big cahuna American election. Acquitting the defendants.
It admits no guilt, it reserves the right to do all this all over again, and yet at the same time, nearly no one who isn't already invested in this is either going to notice or care, because they acquitted, now didn't they?
Bah...
yes, and someone also mentioned something about an unprecedented global financial crisis. But such a perfect storm is clearly a sign that there remains for us a need to bring more people into the fight!
After all, what is a financial crisis, at root, but a crisis of confidence in our civilization, in the future of free societies and markets...
