Joe the Plumber Must Die.

I picked up the following story from Mary at Freedom Eden, linked below.

Barack Obama supporter Karel, a weekend radio host on San Francisco's KGO-AM, had one of those unfortunate open mic incidents.

Remember when a mic picked up Jesse Jackson saying that he wanted to castrate Obama?

Of course you do.

Anyway, on KGO, during an ABC newsbreak, there was a sound bite with John McCain mentioning Joe the Plumber.

In the background, supposedly out of earshot, Karel (aka Charles Karel Bouley) can be heard shouting about Joe.

KAREL: F--- G-- damn Joe the G-- damn m-----f---ing Plumber. I want m-----f---ing Joe the Plumber dead.

That's harsh.

If you don't think so, I think you've got a problem.

Hear the audio.

If you want my honest reaction, I think that's absolutely hilarious.

No kidding.

That Obama has brought "hope and change" to a fever pitch whereat some Americans want other Americans to die for not supporting the candidate of their choice is a portent of insanity. This is the Obamanation.

Isn't it usually the worshipping of an individual to the point of dogma which leads to calls for the death of another human being?

I think it was David Warren who wrote up a nice piece about how Obama could be akin to a religious icon to some.

Not surprisingly, if you mock someone's religion, you're going to get derision heaped upon yourself.

Or for that matter, if you question the established order of someone's religion...
