I had a friend explain to me that Soviet subjects were far freer than Americans. He explained that in America there is 90 percent freedom, of which Americans use about five percent; while in Russia there was ten percent freedom, of which Russians used nine percent.
In Canada where there is diminishing freedom, it seems only a small number of people use any of it and hope to rid each other and themselves of what there is left as soon as possible.
