Darkness is coming.

I made the anti-HAMAS rally today in Vancouver, Canada. So did three others; and together we faced off against four hundred lunatics. I can safely say we won. More on it later. First, here's some intro. to the demonstration in Toronto, via Jihad Watch, from Chatillon.

I took the time to witness the Palestinian demonstration in Toronto today. I was impressed with the organization that clearly went into it. I was also impressed by the evident presence of various trade unions and Marxist elements.

The demonstration started in front of the Israeli Consulate on Bloor Street, where it was met by a smaller yet sizable pro-Israeli counter-demonstration. For some reason the pro-Israel supporters left some time into the demonstration. The Palestinian protesters then moved on to the US Consulate on University Avenue.

And from another writer, Josephine, also there, is this intro:

I participated in the counter-protest at the anti-Israel rally in Toronto today. According to one news report, there were about 5,000 "Palestinian" supporters and 200-300 Israel supporters.

There was a large police presence. Many police officers on foot, on bicycle and on horse, acted as a barricade in the middle of the road. The "Palestinian" side kept pushing toward us. The roar of their hateful chants could be heard a full city block away. The women's voices were slightly hysterical; the men's voices were full of rage. Many of them, male and female, gave us "the finger" and said nasty things, while the people on our side sang beautiful Israeli songs and chanted, "Down, down with Hamas," "God bless Israel", "Go, go, IDF" and my favourite (from Wendy a.k.a. Girl on the Right), "Infidels for Israel" (it has a nice ring to it, don't you think?). (Okay, a few on our side swore back at the rude people, but who can blame them?)

Don't miss the report here on Sid Vicious Ryan.

Read it all here: http://www.jihadwatch.org/archives/024225.php

Will post on the Vancouver demo. as soon as I can.

I'm sorry I missed it; good on you Dag.

The good part was seeing that three people showed up with Israeli and Canadian flags. As it turns out, we know one of those people.

I'm sorry I didn't give our friends and readers more notice of the event. Had I been better informed and well organized, I think we could well have shown up in great numbers, even during a snow-storm. There will be a pro-Israel rally soon, so keep looking here for details. And we will be, as every week, at VPL in the atrium outside Blenz coffee bar from 7-9:00 p.m.

What a good day. All that, and more to come as people finally get a sense of what we face and what we face losing should we do nothing about saving democracy in this nation.

Hundreds of terrorist sympathizers came to demonstrate for an Arab-united Canadastan to become part of the Global Islamic Empire.

But four brave Canadians said NO. I call upon everyone who reads this to join forces with our small group, protesting Islamic Fascism, historical revisionism, exterminationist propaganda and all forms of Evil, on behalf of freedom loving people everywhere, including those in Eurabia and Londonistan, from whose battles we should learn.

I'll post a short intro from J. Narvey here momentarily. For those doing archival research, please look one post up for more.

Anon., it's always good to get a note from someone with good sense. Thanks for it.

Glad to meet you there, Dag.

Sadly, the "lunatic fringe" has grown to the point where it is no longer just a fringe. Their numbers are growing and we had difficulties in getting friends and colleagues to attend a counter-protest due to fears of violence like they've had in places like Concordia.

This is no longer just about Israelis and Palestinians. It's about confronting fascism. We've surrendered the streets to them, but it's not too late for more Canadians to stand against them.

Blind in one eye, and can't see through the other!

Yes, It's every Thursday evening that we meet. The stuff I included was right, too: 7-9 p.m. VPL, atrium, outside Blenz coffee bar, Thursdays.

Yes, I should have given my secretary that raise....
